This policy explains how the MandeGDV marketing website handles information. It covers this website, not data held inside an installed MandeGDV application.
1. Who operates this website
Mande Media publishes this website to present MandeGDV point-of-sale software and respond to business enquiries. For privacy questions, contact Mande Media through WhatsApp at +212 666 507 031.
2. Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks for your name, work email, and business name. These fields are processed in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message. The website has no form-submission backend and does not save these fields to its own database or local storage. We use enquiries received through WhatsApp to answer questions, arrange demonstrations, and discuss requested services, not to automatically subscribe you to marketing.
3. Sending details through WhatsApp
Selecting “Continue in WhatsApp” opens a wa.me link containing your form details in its URL. Those details are shared with WhatsApp when the link opens, before you press Send. You then review and send the message in WhatsApp; opening the link alone does not send it to Mande Media. WhatsApp/Meta applies its own processing, storage, and international-transfer practices. 4. Language, theme, and browser storage
The site stores your language under mandegdv-language and light/dark preference under mandegdv-theme in your browser’s local storage. These values contain no form details and remain until you clear site data or change the preferences. They are not advertising cookies. You can remove them in your browser settings; the language chooser will then appear again. No analytics or advertising trackers are included in this website’s code. Acceptance of this notice is stored under mandegdv-cookie-notice for 15 days, after which the notice appears again.
5. Hosting and external fonts
The site is hosted on Vercel. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to serve them. These providers may process data outside your country under their own terms. 6. Retention and security
Mande Media retains enquiry correspondence only as needed to handle the request, any resulting business relationship, and applicable legal obligations. Provider logs and WhatsApp records follow their own retention settings and policies. You can request deletion of correspondence we control. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through the form. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit the form, change or clear browser preferences, and contact us about information you have shared. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to complain to a competent data-protection authority.
